1. Overview
Ace Power Products, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) distributes power generation parts, components, and systems sourced from leading global manufacturers.
We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we sell.
Because we offer a wide range of brands and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, warranty coverage may vary depending on the manufacturer, product type, and application.
2. Manufacturer Warranties
Most products offered by Ace Power Products, LLC are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty typically applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
We do not alter or extend manufacturer warranties.
For warranty coverage, customers must comply with the manufacturer’s warranty process, which may include:
- Providing proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
- Returning the defective part for inspection or evaluation
- Submitting serial numbers, photos, or test reports as requested
We can assist you in initiating this process and communicating with the manufacturer on your behalf.
3. Ace Power Products Limited Warranty (If Applicable)
In limited cases, Ace Power Products may provide its own store warranty for specific parts or assemblies not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Our store warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 to 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on your invoice or product listing.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect installation or wiring
- Improper use, modification, or tampering
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, fire, water, or power surges
- Failures resulting from external causes (e.g., overvoltage, poor maintenance, contamination, etc.)
4. Warranty Exclusions
The following items are not covered under any warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Electrical components, including Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVRs), sensors, controllers, relays, and circuit boards
- Electronic control modules or programmed units, once installed or connected to a power source
- Special order or custom-programmed products
- Used, refurbished, or clearance items, sold “as is”
For these product categories, all sales are final unless the item is damaged during shipment or demonstrably defective upon arrival.
5. Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact us at info@acepowerparts.com with:

- Your order number or invoice
- Product model or part number
- Description of the issue and photos/videos (if applicable)
- Our team will confirm whether the product is covered by a manufacturer or store warranty.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, or direct you to the manufacturer’s warranty service center.
Do not return any product without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for:
- Shipping costs to return the product for inspection, and
- Any customs or import fees related to warranty processing.
If a warranty claim is approved, the repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost within the U.S.
For international customers, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Remedies
If a product is confirmed defective and covered under warranty, the available remedies may include:
- Repair or replacement of the defective part, or
- Store credit or refund (if repair/replacement is not feasible)
The choice of remedy depends on the manufacturer’s policy or Ace Power Products’ discretion.
No other compensation or damages (including labor, downtime, or consequential loss) will be provided.
8. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this Warranty Policy or required by law, Ace Power Products, LLC makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
All warranties, whether by Ace Power Products or the manufacturer, apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
9. Liability Limitation
Our total liability under any warranty claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for:
- Labor costs or technician time
- Loss of use, profit, or revenue
- Equipment downtime or consequential damages
